The “heart” of the Planetarium is the round star hall, which is 15m in diameter and has 150 seats. In the center of the hall is situated the main projector - “Cosmic Flight Planetarium”, which has been produced by Carl Zeiss Jena, Germany. It creates artificial starry sky, which is a copy of the real sky and reproduces the motions of the heavenly bodies - the Sun, the Moon and the planets, solar and lunar eclipses, star rain, aurora borealis. . . It imitates a flight in the space and carries us into other worlds and other times. . .

Under the 3-meter dome of the Planetarium observatory, there is installed 15-cm telescope reflector Cassegrain system. In clearly weather, the visitors can observe the Sun and the active areas of the solar photosphere - during the day; the Moon, planets, binary stars, star clusters, nebulas - during the night
